Please read before proceeding with registrations and/or making enquiries, even if you have entered this exhibition before, as there may have been some changes.


Entries close
11.59pm ACST on Saturday 8th November 2025;

> Prizes:

A judging panel will award seven cash prizes for the following categories:

> Outdoor Prize - $6,000

> Outdoor Runner-up - $2,500

> Indoor Prize - $4,000

> Indoor Runner-up - $1,500

> Relief/Wall-hung Sculpture - $1,000

> Environmental Awareness - $1,000

> Youth Artist (10-17 years) - $1,000


Winners will be announced at the Official Opening on Thursday, 22nd January 2026

Entry fees are payable by credit card for each sculpture entered; a maximum of 3 entries per artist.


> Payment structure:

General Entries: Maximum 3 sculptures per artist - first entry @ $40.00, 2nd & 3rd @ $30.00.

Youth Entries (10-17 Years): Maximum 3 sculptures per artist - first entry @ $30.00, 2nd & 3rd @ $10.00.

Group/Multiple Piece for separate Sale Entries:

An entry consisting of Group (same name) sculptures with the intention to sell individually (but with the same sale price per item) will incur a flat rate entry fee of $100.00, regardless of whether the Group Entry consists of 2-10 pieces. Maximum of 10 sculptures in the Group Entry. 

Youth Group entries will incur a flat rate entry fee of $50.00, regardless of whether the Group Entry consists of 2-10 pieces.


  • A GROUP ENTRY is not defined as a submission by a group of artists, but by a single artist. If a collaborative team are working together on a submission of a Single Entry, it is to be registered as a Single Entry, listing multiple artist's names.

  • If a collaborative team are working together on a Group of pieces 2-10 x max, with the intention of selling them individually, this is to be registered as a Group Entry, listing the artist's names.


> Combination of Single and Group Entries:

  • Only 1 Group Entry can be entered per Artist.

  • If entering Single Entries, these can be registered as either Entry 1, (or) Entry 1 and Entry 2, (or) Entry 1, Entry 2 and Entry 3.

  • If Entering a Group Entry this takes the place of Single Entry 3 and instead becomes Group Entry 3

  • It is possible to only enter a Group Entry; this will still be entered as Entry 3

  • It is also possible to enter 1 x Single Entry and 1 x Group Entry; these become Entry 1 and Entry 3 GROUP, with NIL Entry 2.

> Commission on Sales:

A commission of 30%** from the sale of each sculpture will be retained by the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club. Please consider this when setting a price for sculptures. 

**As you enter your Sale Prices in the Form, an informational only calculation of 70% Artist Payment on Sales, together with the 30% retained commission is listed. You can alter the Sale Price in the field to meet your requirements, accordingly.

Acceptance into the Exhibition is not automatic. After the pre-selection process in mid-November, all entrants will be advised by email of acceptance or rejection on 5th December 2025.

All entries are exhibited at the artist's risk and artists are advised to take out insurance for the period of the exhibition.

> STEP 1 - Using the FORM for Entry:

You can place your entry by using this form, openable using the link provided on our website, on a desktop PC, a mobile device or a tablet. The form is extremely user friendly and supported well on all devices.

As an added layer of confirmation and to allow our Team to successfully reach your during the registration period, we have set up an email confirmation step

1 - Email address confirmation

  • When you fill in your email address, you will be prompted to (hit) "send code"

Within a few seconds a confirmation email will drop into your inbox from Snapforms, titled "Email Verification - Snapforms". 

  • The email contains a verification code; usually 6 digits in length, this is a one time code, please use the number provided, return to your Form and enter this 6 digit code into the form, (hit) "submit code"

This will finalise the step, ensuring that we have a correct and functional email address to keep in contact with you during the registration period.

2 - Photos

  • Please ensure you have access to your photos for upload when prompted. Each entry will require at least 1 x photo to be uploaded to complete the registration. You are able to upload a maximum of 3 x photos per entry.

(If you are in the very early stages of producing your sculpture and don't have any progress or finished photos, please simply sketch or take a photograph of any items forming your concept to convey your design to the Curators, photograph this and use this preliminary sketch/plan/design for photo upload. In time, when you are ready to replace this photo with a new work in progress shot, our Registrar team can assist you and swap the photos over).

  • If you are using a desktop PC, ensure that you have your photos saved here for easy access when filling out the form. If you are using a mobile device or a tablet; likewise, please ensure your photos are saved to the device (in your camera roll) you are using to fill in the registration form.

  • If you find yourself in a situation where the device you are using does not access the photo you are after, please simply hit Save and Complete Later, the form will send a link to your email address and you can reopen the form on another device to access the required photo and keep going. ** Please note we have found some individual user systems may produce an extra pop-up at this step saying "are you sure you wish to exit as your data may not be saved". Despite this, please confidently proceed to exit via Save and Complete Later and you will receive an email with your saved form response.

3 - Progress Bar

Please see the "progress bar" located at the top of the Entry Form, displaying your progress through the form.

> STEP 2 Payment of Entry: 

All of the tick boxes through the form which categorize your entry as General Entry, Youth Entry, Single Entry 1, 2 or 3, or Group Entry, allow you to tailor your entry to your specific requirements. 

In doing so, the form is calculating the entry costs, section by section. You will find at the very end of the form, a Final Payment section, confirming amounts payable per Entry and and overall sum payable.

4 - Credit Card

Please use a Credit Card to complete this secure payment. Please have your card ready for this final step.

> STEP 3 - Receipt of Entry + Payment:

Once you have completed all entry information and finalised payment, an email from "Brighton Jetty Sculptures" will drop into you inbox. Here you will find a full copy of your entry form and receipt of payment, for your records.
